Cancellation policy

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the activity. If you cancel within this timeframe or do not show up, no refund or rescheduling will be provided. Please note that we cannot make exceptions to these rules, regardless of the reason for cancellation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
 

Large group bookings

For group bookings exceeding 25 participants, a separate cancellation policy applies due to the additional preparation, staffing, and equipment allocation required for large events.

• More than 30 days prior to the activity: Full refund, minus a 5% administration and transaction fee.
• 14 to 30 days prior to the activity: 75% refund.
• 7 to 13 days prior to the activity: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days prior to the activity: No refund will be provided.

These conditions reflect the operational resources reserved once the booking is confirmed.

Bad weather conditions

In case of adverse weather conditions on the day of the activity, we might have to cancel due to safety reasons. However, in this case you will be fully refunded and we will make every effort to reschedule, so that you may still have the opportunity to enjoy the experience.
