Cancellation Policy
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour date. If you cancel within this timeframe or do not show up, no refund or rescheduling will be provided. Please note that we cannot make exceptions to these rules, regardless of the reason for cancellation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. In case of adverse weather conditions on the day of the activity, we might have to cancel the tour due to safety reasons. However, in this case you will be fully refunded and we will make every effort to reschedule, so that you may still have the opportunity to enjoy the experience.
