What’s it like to be a Lead Guide & Operations Coordinator?
There’s no such thing as a “typical” day in this role — and that’s exactly what makes it fun. Most of your time is spent outside, leading different types of tours. One day you might be guiding a full-day hiking adventure, the next a relaxed evening city tour. As their enthusiastic guide, you provide the clients with a safe and well-organized adventure.
Alongside guiding, there are also days where you’ll be in the office in San Pedro de Alcántara — working on a project or making improvements behind the scenes.
When the high season arrives and the sun is shining, you’ll be out there on a daily basis — supporting the team, coordinating logistics, and making sure everything runs smoothly daily.
You’re the link between the office and the field, and the face of the company for many of our guests. It’s a role that changes with the rhythm of the seasons — combining outdoor adventure, teamwork, and responsibility into one dynamic and rewarding job.
Are you the hands-on leader we are looking for, who loves being outdoors and enjoys interacting with people? Are you excited to join our dynamic team, where every day is an adventure? We can’t wait to meet you!
