We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Lead Guide & Operations Coordinator (fulltime) to join our adventure business in Marbella. This person will be the key link between the management team and our guides, combining hands-on guiding with coordination and leadership responsibilities. Most of the time you’ll be out there — leading canyoning, hiking, and city tours — while also making sure operations run smoothly behind the scenes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Several years of experience as a guide or team leader in tourism or outdoor adventure
Knowledge of, or strong interest in, basic business operations
A valid driver’s license
Fluency in English and Spanish
